  10. Ken Pick is a 40-year-old computer programmer who does anthropomorphic art and fiction on the side.  
  11. Unlike most fans and artists in the genre, he is strongly anti-pornography.  So far, he has only been 
  12. published in fanzines (amateur publications), primarily YARF!-THE JOURNAL OF APPLIED 
  13. ANTHROPOMORPHICS.  Though most of his art involves mammalian characters ("furries") from his 
  14. fanzine stories, he sometimes branches into anthropomorphic dinosaurs ("scalies"), as in these three 
  15. samples.  Besides anthropomorphics, his interests include role-playing games, G.K. Chesterton, military 
  16. history (especially battleship-era affairs), Narnia, Rudyard Kipling, BABYLON 5, Harry Turtledove 
  17. (GUNS OF THE SOUTH), and "recreational thinking."  He is single and lives in Anaheim, California.
